Engineering development
At FTA, we strive to complete our customer’s project in a timely and professional manner. Whether the design is simple or complex, FTA’s engineering staff provides product design capabilities from concept to finished design. Our design engineers utilize 3D CAD software to create fully functional models that portray their conceptual designs. 2D drafting software is used to create engineering drawing packages which define the parts, assembly and installations of the project and is used for manufacturing, production and FAA certification.
FTA’s engineering staff provides expertise in virtually all disciplines, including DERs in the following areas: Flight Test, Power Plant, Stress Analysis, Loads & Flutter Systems, Structural Repair, Electrical Loads, and Safety Analysis.
