FTA’s operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Flight Test Associates, FTA* is located at the Mojave Civilian Flight Test Facility and Spaceport. The wide open clear skies over the California high desert offer 350 perfect flying days a year. FTA is an authorized user of the R-2508 Airspace Complex, allowing VFR flight to 50,000 ft.

*Flight Test Associates, Inc, or FTA, is not in any way affiliated or associated with Flight Test Associates, LLC, previously of Tucson, AZ. Flight Test Associates, Inc. of Mojave, CA was incorporated in 1996, and the other company in 1998. Their business base and services are not the same as provided by the original Flight Test Associates, Inc. of Mojave, CA, even though they have also recently begun using our abbreviated title, FTA, which we have used since 1996. The other company has had several press releases spanning the past two years involving their being purchased wholly, or in part, by several other corporations.
